For those of you not familiar with my healthcare background, let me briefly recap it for you. I’m a board-certified critical care pharmacist, advanced practice pharmacist in California and assistant professor of pharmacy practice. On my road to these accomplishments, I spent 3 years to obtain my bachelor degree, 4 years to obtain my Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and 2 years of Post-Graduate Training towards my specialty in critical care. Through this 9-year process, I celebrated multiple graduations with family and friends by my side and today, it’s time to pay-it-forward by honoring students who are pursuing their passions in healthcare.

For my petite friends, I’ll be tailoring my white coat (size 0) to shorten the sleeves and hemming the scrub pants (size XS). The scrub pants do run larger than I like but the scrub tops fit true-to-size. My favorite Medelita product is definitely their white coat with its thick material, fitted design and ample pockets.
